Jai Stitt is the 'Top Bloke' (Director) and Phil Stitt, Jai's father, is the 'Great Bloke' (Chief Subcontractor).  Both have many years experience in the building maintenance industry and their loyal clients will vouch for the quality of their work.

Bloke Next Door also has a crew of other reliable, like-minded ‘Blokes’ (trade contractors) that they work with to ensure there is no maintenance service that they can’t provide.

Jai ensures that all his contractors have the same work standard and ethics as he and Phil and that all external trades Bloke Next Door engages (plumbers, electricians etc) have their appropriate trade tickets and training.

Bloke Next Door also has all the insurances, licenses and safety procedures required to give you peace of mind.

We know you’ll be happy with the quality of our work and our service but if for some reason you’re not happy with the job, let us know and we’ll send our best contractors back to your property within 48 hours of your call to make sure you are.
